The Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) has been going on since March 2020 in the United States. The way we can stay safe and contain this virus is by wearing masks, staying 6-feet apart from others and stay home as much as possible. Unfortunately, many people have died due to COVID-19 and we need to prevent that from happening. Even though there are many hospitals in each state, they are running out of beds because they are in high demand for people infected with COVID-19.

On average there have been 275,505 people tested positive for the virus in each state since March 2020. Additionally, there have been 2,040 hospitalizations on average per state from people who have been infected by COVID daily. Cases have been on the rise every day and the hospitals are running out of beds to care for these COVID patients along with other patients.

Each state has a certain number of hospital beds in each state and that depends on population. The larger states tend to have more hospitals so they can treat more patients. In the states that have fewer hospitals beds means they are less populated.

In conclusion, this pandemic is continuing rapidly throughout the U.S and unfortunately, deaths are rising as well. There are a certain amount of hospital beds in each state depending on the population. This forces hopitals to either turn people away, have them go see their primary doctor or have them wait to be seen when a bed is available. Remember to wear a mask when in public, stay 6-feet apart from others and stay home as much as possible.
